2023 Celtic Oktoberfest

The Strait Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to gather again at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre to celebrate our 8th year of Celtic Oktoberfest - Cape Breton's first ever all inclusive craft beer, local food and Celtic music gathering! 

Recognizing the growing strength of the emerging craft brewery sector, and its impact on tourism in the region, the Strait Area Chamber created Celtic Oktoberfest to showcase the best of Nova Scotian craft beer and Cape Breton food. The addition of a local winery and cidery broadens the appeal of the event which attracts approximately 400 people each year.  

For the price of a tickets, attendees receive all-inclusive access to tasty treats from 10 fine food vendors and 12 beverage tickets to stroll around and sample the highest quality products from a variety of breweries, cider house and winery!
