Richmond County Literacy Network

The Richmond County Literacy Network (RCLN) is a community-based, registered non-profit organization, established in 1998 to address adult learning needs in Richmond County. We continue to open doors, offer hope, and make a tremendous difference in the lives of many. Our programs and services not only positively impact our learners/participants but also their families and the communities in which they live.
