Trudie’s Holistic Nutrition is a small business serving clients in the quad counties. Helping clients with nutritional needs, personalized meal planning, coaching healthy eating & lifestyle techniques to maximize energy & wellness. In January 2020 Trudie expanded by adding esthetic services. She owned & operated a salon for many years prior to moving to Port Hawkesbury. Her passion for helping others feel their best combined with life long experience has been her biggest asset.
